RETURNS / EXCHANGES
15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 14 days after receiving the product. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.
To return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging.
- If you received gifts with your item, they must be returned to process a refund.
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect.
Step 1. To start your return process, please email contact infinitejewelersco@gmail.com If you're unhappy with the product for whatever reason. You are responsible for shipping cost unless the reason for the return is the wrong item was sent.
Please note to be eligible for returns, items must be in original purchased condition, unworn and with all documentation and all original tags attached.
Step 2. Please return package with tracking number for the security of the items.
Step 3. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed after.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at infinitejewelersco@gmail.com
